Despite my photo-heavy portfolio, my background and passion are in video. One of my favorite and most challenging video projects was finding out we needed to wrap production on a brand new TV spot by the first week of December. I found this out on the Monday before Thanksgiving. I know right??! With the clock ticking there was nothing else to do but throw on the producer hat and dive headfirst into the world I love. Here’s the original version of that video:

After some testing, we decided to re-purpose the original spot for an all-new purpose: direct response. We re-cut the footage, wrote an all-new script and hired VO talent to hit an all new brief. Here’s the result:

For our next spot, we did a lot more research up front working with a few Tongal creatives to create various pilots to A/B test against one another. I loved working with different creators on this project, my only regret is that since the company closed its doors, we’ll never see which idea won!

Once our product hit Albertson’s grocery stores, we had an all-new set of eyes to get in front of and challenges to overcome. This 3D model clip was designed in partnership with Quickframe and I love the result almost as much as I love the featured dish in the second half of the loop.

We also created a lot of recipe videos to live across all platforms, in all shapes, sizes and lengths, so here’s one just for posterity.

And finally, this was our fun April Fools’ play, patterned after a low-budget infomercial, intended to sell our “new gourmet school for dogs.” The result was very cute and silly, and it got picked up by several media outlets.
